Adv. Uri First holds a B.A. in economics from the Tel Aviv University (1984) and an LL.B. from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center (2002). Adv. First qualified as a member of the Israel Bar Association in 2003 and joined Iny Litvak Lazar & Co. during the course of 2002.

Adv. First’s principal fields of specialization are: criminal law from the criminal-economic aspect (white collar offenses), including offenses against the Penal Code, the Income Tax Ordinance, the Securities Law, the Anti-Trust Law and the Prohibition of Money- Laundering Law.
